酒店外部有幾個(gè)最重要的公眾?
    酒店外部公眾涉及面極廣,以下是酒店最重要額幾個(gè)外部公眾。
   (1)客人是酒店最直接、最有影響的公眾群,酒店與客人關(guān)系的狀態(tài),不僅決定了現實(shí)客人的滿(mǎn)意度,還能影響潛在的客人的購買(mǎi)選擇。對客人公眾群而言,酒店公眾關(guān)系的協(xié)調作用,首先是與客人溝通,這種溝通工作既是大量的,也是極為重要的;必須始終樹(shù)立顧客第一、客人總是對的經(jīng)營(yíng)思路,根據客人的要求建立和完善服務(wù)項目和服務(wù)設施;高度重視客人的投訴,真正與客人做到相互溝通,彼此信任,互促互進(jìn)。
   (2)新聞媒體是酒店重要的外部公眾,對于酒店知名度的提升與形象的傳播具有重要的作用。酒店應與新聞媒體構建和保持密切合作的關(guān)系,將有價(jià)值的信息通過(guò)大眾傳播媒介傳達給公眾,吸引公眾對酒店形象設計的注意了解,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的銷(xiāo)售。
    酒店能夠提供給新聞媒體的素材十分廣泛:
    經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的突出成就和經(jīng)驗,酒店或員工為社會(huì )所做的貢獻、獲得的獎勵;
    酒店重大事件,如新服務(wù)設施落成、周年慶典等;
    名人下榻與惠顧事件,越是有名的人物。越能說(shuō)明你的酒店聲譽(yù)赫赫,也越是新聞媒介的聚焦點(diǎn);
    接待能引起公眾興趣的團體與事件,如國際重要會(huì )議;
    在酒店內舉辦的各種活動(dòng),如大型展覽會(huì )、時(shí)裝發(fā)布會(huì )、時(shí)裝表演等特殊活動(dòng);

   (3)旅行社是酒店外部公共關(guān)系重點(diǎn)公眾群之一,酒店和旅行社建立合作互惠的關(guān)系,將給酒店帶來(lái)穩定的客源。酒店在處理與旅行社關(guān)系時(shí)應做到:
    和旅行社保持密切的聯(lián)系,經(jīng)常向旅行社提供各種信息,包括年度報告書(shū)、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)信息、促銷(xiāo)資料等;
    組織旅行社人員參觀(guān)酒店,使用、感受、評價(jià)酒店的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);
    為旅行社訂房提供最大分辯;
    根據旅行社訂房數量給予獎勵;
    協(xié)助旅行社進(jìn)行促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng);
    征詢(xún)旅行社對酒店工作的意見(jiàn)。
